NEFAB National Supervisory Authority Committee (NSA Committee), formed by aviation authorities in NEFAB states (Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Norway), published on 5 March 2014 the Performance Plan for air navigation services for the Reference Period 2 (2015-2019).
The Performance Plan is a part of EU’s Single European Sky (SES) performance scheme, which aims to improve performance of air navigation services across Europe. Performance plan includes targets in four key areas: safety, environment, capacity and cost-efficiency.
NEFAB airspace users and stakeholders are invited to participate at a consultation meeting, to be held on 26 March in Helsinki Airport. After the consultation, the plan will be sent to ministries of NEFAB States for adoption. Once adopted, the plan will be submitted to European Commission for assessment.
